At Keychron Spain, we want you to be fully satisfied with your mechanical keyboard purchase. If you are not completely happy, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the product in its original box with all accessories, cables, and keycap pullers included to ensure the item is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label or send the package to our designated Spanish return center using a tracked courier service to ensure safe delivery.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
